The 78-Key Programmable POS Keyboard is a rugged and highly configurable input solution designed for retail, point-of-sale, hospitality, banking, and other applications requiring fast and reliable data entry. Featuring a 6 × 13 matrix with 78 fully programmable keys, the keyboard allows businesses to assign customized commands, characters, macros, and functions to individual keys.
Built with Cherry MX key switches, it delivers excellent tactile feedback and long-term reliability. The integrated magstripe reader supports multiple standards and programmable data formats, while the 6-step keylock provides controlled access to different operating or programming modes.
Programming is managed through Matrix Maker software, with support for multi-layer programming, keyboard-wedge functionality, configurable delays, and data retention without an additional battery. The keyboard is available with USB or PS/2 connectivity and supports OPOS, JPOS, and UPOS environments.
